• Accepting that at any time, the site may not be used in manner that: includes spam or any unsolicited advertising.
• Accepting that at any time, the site may not be used in manner that: uses technology based automated system not limited to ‘robots’, ‘spiders’ or ‘offline readers’ to access the Reserve Bank of Vanuatu Numismatic site.
• Accepting that at any time, the site may not be used in manner that: Introduces computer virus or programs that destroys or limits the functionality of the site.
• Accepting that at any time, the site may not be used in manner that: attempts to gain unauthorized access to The Reserve Bank of Vanuatu Numismatic systems and other network account components.
• Accepting that the Reserve Bank of Vanuatu reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate any User participation from the Site, remove content or assert legal action with respect to Content or Use of the sites that the Reserve Bank of Vanuatu reasonably believes is or might be in violation of these terms or legal policies. The Reserve Bank of Vanuatu’s failure or delay in taking such actions does not constitute a waiver of its rights to enforce these terms.
